【摘要】:Primersandprimersurfacersmaybeusedovermanydifferentsurfacestopcoatedwithoneormoreofavarietyofcoatingsandsubjectedtomanykindsofwearandexposure.Theselectionoftheteststobeusedforanygivenproductorsystemmustbegovernedbyexperienceandbytherequirementagreeduponbetweentheproducerandtheuser.1.1Thispracticecoverstheselectionanduseofproceduresfortestingprimersandprimersurfacers.ThetestmethodsincludedarelistedinTable1.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
