【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifieshowapreliminaryweldingprocedurespecificationisqualifiedbyweldingproceduretests.Thisdocumentispartofaseriesofstandards,detailsofthisseriesaregiveninENISO15607:2003,AnnexA.ThisdocumentdefinestheconditionsfortheexecutionofweldingproceduretestsandtherangeofqualificationforweldingproceduresforallpracticalweldingoperationswithintherangeofvariableslistedinClause8.Thisdocumentappliestothearcweldingofwroughtandcastaluminiumanditsalloys.Inthisdocumentthetermaluminiumstandsforaluminiumandforaluminiumalloys.ThisdocumentdoesnotapplytofinishingweldingofaluminiumcastingswhichisdealtbyprENISO15614-4.ArcweldingofaluminiumiscoveredbythefollowingweldingprocessesinaccordancewithENISO4063:—131:metalinertgaswelding(MIGwelding);—141:tungsteninertgaswelding(TIGwelding);—15:plasmaarcwelding.NOTESpecificservice,materialormanufacturingconditionsmayrequiremorecomprehensivetestingthanisspecifiedbythisdocument(see7.1).Theprinciplesofthisdocumentmaybeappliedtootherfusionweldingprocesses.
