【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesultrasonicacceptancelevels,2and3,forfullpenetrationweldedjointsinferriticsteels,whichcorrespondtothequalitylevelsBandCofEN25817.Otheracceptancelevelscanbeusedbyspecification.AnacceptancelevelcorrespondingtolevelDofEN25817hasnotbeenincludedinthisstandardasultrasonictestingisnotrecommendedforthisweldquality.TheseacceptancelevelsareapplicabletotestingcarriedoutinaccordancewiththestandardsreferredtoinEN12062.Textdeleted.Thestandardisapplicabletothetestingoffullpenetrationferriticsteelwelds,withthicknessesfrom8mmupto100mm.Itcanalsobeusedforothertypesofwelds,materialsandthicknessesabove100mm,providedthetestshavebeenperformedwithnecessaryconsiderationofthegeometryandacousticalpropertiesofthecomponentandanadequatesensitivitycanbeemployedtoenabletheacceptancelevelsofthisstandardtobeapplied.ThenominalfrequencyofprobesusedinthisEuropeanStandardisbetween2MHzand5MHzunlessattenuationorrequirementsforhigherresolutioncallforanotherfrequency.Theuseoftheseacceptancelevelsinconjunctionwithfrequenciesoutsidethisrangeneedstobeconsideredcarefully.
