【摘要】:InternationalStandardIEC61747-3-1hasbeenpreparedbyIECtechnicalcommittee110:Flatpaneldisplaydevices.Thissecondeditioncancelsandreplacesthefirstedition,publishedin1998,andconstitutesatechnicalrevision.Themainchangewithregardtothepreviouseditionisasfollows:–theneweditionwaseditoriallychangedinaccordancewithcurrentISO/IECdirectives.Fullinformationonthevotingfortheapprovalofthisstandardcanbefoundinthereportonvotingindicatedintheabovetable.ThispublicationhasbeendraftedinaccordancewiththeISO/IECDirectives,Part2.TheQCnumberthatappearsonthefrontcoverofthispublicationisthespecificationnumberintheIECQQualityAssessmentSystemforElectronicComponents(IECQ).Futurestandardsinthisserieswillcarrythenewgeneraltitleascitedabove.Titlesofexistingstandardsinthisserieswillbeupdatedatthetimeofthenextedition.AlistofallpartsoftheIEC61747series,underthegeneraltitleLiquidcrystaldisplaydevices,canbefoundontheIECwebsite.ThecommitteehasdecidedthatthecontentsofthispublicationwillremainunchangeduntilthemaintenanceresultdateindicatedontheIECwebsiteunder"http://webstore.iec.ch"inthedatarelatedtothespecificpublication.Atthisdate,thepublicationwillbe?reconfirmed,?withdrawn,?replacedbyarevisededition,or?amended.
